We spent one night in the hotel while on a cruise. The rooms were nice, not amazing but nice. They were very clean and spacious. When we checked in they upsold us to the executive floor which included breakfast, and I am glad we did, it was well worth it. If you are considering this hotel, it is a good choice. 

We were so pleased with the Executive Room, the Staff and all the included services that we decided to extend our stay. The Executive Lounge and service there were fantastic and totally unexpected bonuses. Special thanks to Pornthipa for taking good care of us. Rarely have I felt receiving more than what I paid for, but Avani Atrium did that. The Hotel is not modern-sterile-type-all-shiny-white, but if you are more into old school comfort, hospitality and atmosphere, Avani Executive is your place. And the views from the Lounge and out of the 22. floor room...fabulous!! The room had soundproof windows and was spotlessly clean every day. The surrounding area provides all layers of the huge, fast-growing city, but that's what Bangkok is all about.

Superb stay as always I never have the slightest concern about anything From walking through the doors on arrival to leaving for the airport No matter how long the stay I am always treated with total respect and respect This is the most friendly and welcoming hotel I have ever stayed in all my years of travelling in Thailand and has the genuine thai family friendliness that you come to expect and you are not treated as a guest more as one of the family I think of the Atrium as my home from home and nothing will change my opinion on that.My Yodpetch and hos front of house team are always so welcoming and will do whatever they can to assist you when needed If you want something just ask its dealt with at that moment
