Amazing place and staffWe stayed for one night during the Ramadan special and were overwhelmed by the venue and the staff. The resort itself is simply stunning and the greenery is refreshing. Food was perfect both for the Iftar buffet and the breakfast catered for all our needs and tastes as a family of five. What really makes this place are the staff who are so attentive and make the stay as relaxing as possible, a particular mention to Tarek who was just fantastic with all members of the family. Thank you

Great experience at Banana IslandEverything went well from check-in to our overnight stay until check out-time. Banana Island privided our family great and unforgettable experience. We were never bored because our stay was filled with activities. There were film showing for adults as well as kids, bowling game, mini golf, other indoor games for kids, water park, etc. it was fun! What impressed me most was the brand of service that the staff provided to the guests. They just did not deliver or did what was expected of them; instead, went out of their way to please their guests. Such a gesture made me and my family feel special and valued. Banana Island is customer friendly. Since our visit was during the Ramadan period, the hotel made up for the absence of some services and activities by allowing us to come to the island early/ ahead of our check-in time and checking out late, beyond the usual 12 o'clock noon time. This enabled us to maximize our stay in the island and enjoy the services/activities that were available at that time. We had an awesome, unforgettable experience at Banana Island! 

Everything about this place is just fascinating from the water to the roof of the hotel. Staff are so courteous it is equivalent to a little piece of paradise on earth. The rooms and views are beautiful and refreshing. The restaurants that have buffet meals are so tempting. Food is so fresh. The in room service is wonderful. Even the decor of the room and the beds is so relaxing.
