Stayed at the Dorsett for one night before travelling to my final destination for work. Rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very professional and courteous. They went out of there to make sure my stay was very pleasant during my short stay. The rooms are very comfortable, neat and tidy. Will definitely stay there again when in Shanghai.

What a great hotel in an excellent position opposite Century Park.I stayed here back in May as I was attending an event at the convention centre which was a nice 15 minute stroll to from the hotel.The rooms are large and very clean and I really liked the large walk in shower. I had a room fairly high up on the 11th floor with a large balcony facing away from Century Park, so the views weren't fantastic, but the breeze was nice.The bar, whilst small was a great place to sit and chill out and they do have a bar outside as well.Staff were extremely helpful and would go the extra mile to assist you.There is access to the Metro straight out from the hotel, which makes getting around very easy.I would certainly stay here again.

I loved my stay here. The hotel staff on arrival were lovely and friendly. I told the girl I prefer to pay cash for dinner and room service so we didn't need to pay a deposit. The room was really lovely. It had everything we needed and anytime we asked for the iron it was at our room very quickly. The cleaning staff come round at a reasonable time . Th breakfast is great that they have available. The location is great as it's connected to Century Park subway station. I loved it and would stay here again if I return to Shanghai.
