This trip was our 8th visit, starting with 2 weeks and now a month. We enjoy shelter from the rain and cold at home and retreat to Embarc. The units are clean comfortable and quiet. We stay on the adult side by the adult pools, BBQ on handy immaculate grills just steps away. The staff are gracious, courteous and also invisible. Helpful making reservations for dinner, giving directions or staying out of the way. Wifi, TV, tennis, swimming or just sitting on a padded chaise enjoying the quiet side or life.If you are considering this hotel, it is a good choice.

First time at Palm Desert last week of April and the nicest holiday to date. Started with a warm welcome from Callie at the front desk. She answered all our questions and made us feel at home right away. We had a one bedroom with views of the mountains and gardens. Outstanding property with 4 pools all having a great views with the outside shower having the best views. Even the fencing was shaped like mountains. Great care with landscaping, the property was always clean. Even though they were at full capacity we hardly saw anyone and so quiet all the time. Great walking trails and a grocery store down the hill. Shopping and lots of restaurants close by. A small gym but certainly usable. I can't say enough about the scenery. If you want a relaxing holiday then Palm Desert is the place to go. Our base is Collingwood Ontario and we visit San Desert frequently. If it wasn't for the 5 hour flight we would go back to Palm Desert now more often. Had a nice day trip to Palm Springs, the highlight being the tram ride up the mountain. Ended the holiday with the last day in San Diego and would go back there in a heartbeat. Weather is perfect and you can walk for hours. We have been on many cruises, seen the Canadian East Coast, Montana and Ireland but Palm Desert was the best holiday ever. We will be back!!If you are considering this hotel, it is a good choice.

It's always nice to arrive at a place that is better than it appears online! We spent a whole week on this lovely resort with our two teenage boys. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The grounds were gorgeous and our condo was so clean. We loved the outdoor sitting area with our own fireplace, so relaxing .. we ate most meals there. We cannot wait to go back!We have been on many cruises, seen the Canadian East Coast, Montana and Ireland but Palm Desert was the best holiday ever. We will be back!!If you are considering this hotel, it is a good choice.
