As club members my wife and I booked 5 nights at Mont -Tremblant and had a wonderful time. This was our first visit to Mont-Tremblant and the club was everything we were ever told. The personnel at the reception desk were very friendly and willing to bend over backwards to help. At our Event of a Lifetime, Jenny was an exceptional hostess. When we arrived for our membership review and update, Tanya approached us with a warm and friendly greeting. She walked us through the benefits of our membership and informed us what we are entitled to as Premier members. When we informed her of a complaint we had with the folks at Diamond and their loan department, she asked Gary the Director to come in to hear our complaint. After hearing our situation, Gary stated that should have never happened and vowed to make it right. What he did next took us by surprise and we were simply overwhelmed.My wife and I have been members of the club since 1999 and we couldn't be more pleased with the people of Embarc Tremblant.Thank you for making our vacation a time to remember.

We checked into Embarc Tremblant with our 3 kids and it immediately felt like home. We had a 2 room condo and everything was as expected. Very roomy, well decorated with all we needed to make our stay enjoyable.The staff at the resort were very friendly and always smiling.We made good use of the spa, the home theater room and many of the game board rentals. We even had lockers provided at the ski hill to store our ski equipment so we would not have to lug everything around.A convenient shuttle transported us to and from the ski hill (much easier than parking). We only regret not having enough time to try the included first tracks and tubing at Tremblant. All in all a great stay!

I am at Mont Tremblant for the third time. The view here is positively breathtaking. Walking paths are fantastic. Pristine site. Helpful and friendly staff. I wouldn't change a thing about this place! This year I note they have a "Cook's Closet" whereby one can borrow any possible cooking utensil needed. This is a tremendous idea! I brought a crockpot from home because I hadn't realized I could borrow one. Sadly, I have been to timeshares where there are only basic supplies. I was also thrilled to hear I didn't need to bring any dish detergent etc. And kudos to you Embarc for utilizing Gilchrist & Soames dispensers instead of the small disposable bottles. Well done!
