Excellent service Greeted and welcomed by the front desk staff and admission processed was well explained, excellent customers serviced from arrival to the last day of our stay. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Everyday we come home with clean, crisp sheets and towels. Wifi with charged but it doesn't bother me as i have connectivity with Telstra. Really had a good stay as this apartment so accessible to shops, darling harbour, international convention center and town center. The only downside was, we were staying close to elevator and second floor that you heard people come and go but overall, well satisfied and love the bed. I'd like to take it home.

great stay excellent location and everything we required we had a single bedroom apartment and found it very comfortable with everything we required room has very high ceilings which makes it very large in comparison to other hotel rooms nearby which are higher priced

Great spot with a lot of character as the Oaks was formerly a wool store and many of the original features have been maintained in this building.Rooms were super clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to all Darling Harbour sites and very close to light rail. We even walked to the Lyric Theatre. Staff were on call 24/7 and were very helpful.
