Excellent stayThis resort was a great surprise. The staff were very friendly, the grounds very clean and tidy, and the facilities for children were excellent. We had a great stay and have already booked our next holiday.

Great place to stay We only stayed here for one night and I would like to shout out the biggest thank you to the front office staff who were so accommodating, we arrived on a flight very early in the morning from overseas and we phoned to ask if there was any chance we could check in a little early if our room was ready and the young lady at the office to my surprise advised that our room was ready and we could check in as soon as we got there, I was so surprised to get this sort of service, so we checked in really early and I can still remember how happy I was getting into the bed at 10am in the morning after no sleep on the plane all night and the bed was so comfortable to just have a sleep for a couple of hours was so wonderful. As we were there for a family birthday we then got to enjoy the afternoon and evening with our family, not nearly as tired as we would have otherwise been, thank you so much for such accomodating service this really made a difference to our family evening. We had secured a great price including a buffet breakfast which had a good variety and a late check out which allowed us a much needed sleep in and then a wander around the amazing facility and I just can't wait to go back with the grandkids, this has to be one of the best family hotels that I have ever seen.

Family holiday A++A last minute decision led to us booking here for my husband, myself & 9 year old son. The Executive Family room was a great size for us & contained everything we needed. Beds were very comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! Shower is massive, tea & coffee adequate & even though our room faced the car park, the plus side was we got to see the sun set from our room. I'm using the complementary wifi as I type this & speeds have been fantastic (sat/sun off peak during winter). Lovely contemporary furniture & room was immaculate upon checkin. Now, onto the kids adventure playground, what can I say! Our son has Autism and it was just so fantastic to see him have such a fun time on the water park, jumping pillow & putt putt! To see him coming out of his shell & happily play in the water park with kids he didn't know... Well, it's impossible to explain how that made us feel. Staff were lovely in reception & at the restaurant; dinner at Reflections was good. I had the vegetarian burger which was really tasty, my husband the pizza. Our son was very satisfied with his kids fish & chips & icecream afterwards. It's a basic menu but we didn't expect otherwise. We booked breakfast as part of our stay, our son costing a mere $5 extra.. Talk about value!Thanks for a fantastic (and extremely rare for us) stay, we can't wait to come back.
