Rarely do you go to a hotel and everything is amazing. But the staff, the food, the service, the opportunities were terrific.Even though the hotel was full, you don’t feel that the hotel is crowded. Just to name drop a bit - Audrey, one of the managers, is fantastic. Lee Ann the spa therapist is excellent, and Khalid, the Sheisha Master is the best I’ve ever met.Only downside - the spa treatments are eye wateringingly expensive. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

A luxury resort located on a dramatic and a scenic beautiful spot! The views are breathtaking. Service is probably the best I've experienced in Oman so far, the response is swift, the staff are professional, prompt, courteous, friendly and always smiling. When it comes to attention to details, the hotel simply excels in it by offering you unique levels of care and special touches, something as simple as offering you complimentary water bottles in your 4x4 while bringing you the car to the entrance for departure! The restaurants and food are fantastic, spa, facilities are great and the overall ambiance and architecture of the resort are wonderful. Special thanks to Mr. George Farouk; Director of Rooms who was very welcoming, and to Mr. Nacer from the Front Office team who was very supportive and friendly during our stay. Our stay was definitely memorable and we look forward to returning back.

My husband and I have just spent a superb weekend at this resort and we are already planning our next visit! From the moment we were warmly met at Muscat airport by the transfer team for the 2 hour drive up to the hotel, we could not have asked for more! We were welcomed on arrival at the hotel as if we were regular guests (we will be now!!!) and at all times the staff from reception, in the restuarants, the lifeguard, the housekeeping staff, all made us feel very special and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything that we needed and were happy! Our room (161) was gorgeous - VERY well equipped, EXTREMELY comfortable, private and with outstanding views! The food in the main restuarant, where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner out on the terrace soaking up the wonderful views, and the Italian, where we lazed over lunch, once again outside enjoying the views, was of a high standard, well presented, great choices and delicous! We spent most of our time lazing by the pool but we did use the gym on our first morning (well equipped!) and on our 2nd morning, we ventured out for a run to investigate 2 of the local villages - a fascinating experience with lots of donkeys and so many pomegranates! A spectacular way to watch the sun rise over the mountains! We both absolutely loved our weekend here and can't wait to return to celebrate my birthday in June in such fabulous surroundings!!!
