Wonderful property and a great locationThe moment you step into this property it takes you back to the colonial charms. Beautiful open lounges overlooking the mighty Zambezi river, well manicured lawns where Zebras grazing peacefully, chirping of the birds and the gentle rumbling of the Victoria falls!! Simply breathtaking!The staffs are wonderful, the foods are yummy and the rooms are beautifully placed overlooking the Zambezi river! The sundowners deck is worth mentioning with hippos playing hide & seek in the water.. yes you feel pampered and lazy!

The best place and services If you are happen to be in Livingstone, Zambia, I strongly recommend you to check out at Royal Livingstone Victoria Fall. Once you are step into the lobby, you will be amaze with a very nice and romantic view of the Zambezi River. The hotel is facing with a very wide and long river, more over, you can spot the water fall right from the hotel river bank. Other than the view, the room is really nice and peaceful, you may sit down right at the room terrace and enjoy the moment. If you would like to go out and enjoy the out door activities such as a micro light ride, you can book the service from the hotel guest relation counter. The hotel staff is so nice and friendly, if you need any assistance, they are willing to help you through all the way. When I were there and I need some help about my check out time, Dorothy, Rooms Division Manager, she was so nice and kind to help me out as much as she can. The food here is just great. I pretty certain that you will have a great time while you are staying here. I really love this hotel.

A beautiful hotel by Victoria Falls This hotel is a newer property built with a Victorian/Edwardian vibe. The grounds are lovely; green lawns, the Zambezi River just beyond, a pretty swimming pool. The big attraction is Victoria Falls, and in season (which includes May/June), the spray from the falls is visible 24 hours a day. A short walk or electric cart ride takes guests to the hotel's falls entrance. The common spaces include two verandahs, one more casual connected to the bar, and the other more formal, connected to the dining room. These were sublime places to relax. There's also a gift shop. My room was in a four-plex "villa." Furnishings were traditional; the bathroom was fine although I found the shower drenching - not a corner out of the water in that sizable space. There was a separate bathtub. The rooms also have balconies or patios, but as with everyplace in this part of Africa, keep doors closed to prevent monkeys getting in. The hotel is in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park; zebras, giraffes, velvet monkeys, baboons and other animals are constant visitors. Food is good at the hotel restaurant and the bar. It would be a drive to get to town for other dining options. The one thing I'd have liked is more outlets in the room. I was sharing the room with a friend and between us two and all the devices we needed to charge, outlet space was at a premium.
