The data we collect about you

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed.

We do not collect the following special categories of personal data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, and genetic and biometric data), unless it is necessary for establishment, compliance, exercising or defense of legal claims or performing or exercising legal obligations. Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. However, in some specific cases, we may collect data about your health such as food allergies, your religious belief and/or blood type as appeared on a copy of your identification card (if any), discriminations which relate to sensitive personal data (e.g. racial, ethnic origin)or other information that you provide to us.
