Q: Can I cancel my reservation if I do not want to travel due to COVID-19?

A: For Club Resort bookings: Anantara Vacation Club will honour all cancellation requests and will waive all fees and/or penalties for stays through 30 September 2020.

For Club Escapes bookings: Anantara Vacation Club will honour all cancellation requests and will waive all fees and/or penalties for stays through 31 May 2020.

In the meantime, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and will update our policies as necessary to protect the best interests of our Club Points Owners and guests, and the interests of public health and safety.


Q: What is the best way to contact Anantara Vacation Club regarding my bookings and other inquiries?

A: To best accommodate our Club Points Owners, Anantara Vacation Club will be adding additional team members to respond to inquiries received through our WeChat and Live Chat services. Please feel free to reach out to us via these channels Monday –Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, or Saturday – Sunday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.


Q: What will happen to my Club Points if I cannot travel?

A: Your current years’ Club Points validity has been extended.

While Anantara Vacation Club has already extended the validity of your current years’ Club Points by six (6) months, to provide you with greater flexibility, we have made the decision to further extend your current years’ Club Points by an additional six (6) months.


Q: How can I cancel my existing booking?

A: The most efficient way to cancel your booking is through the Club Website.

Simply visit the My Upcoming Trips section on the Dashboard. Then click booking details to review the booking you wish to cancel. To complete the cancellation, please click the cancel booking button.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly acknowledging your cancellation.


Q: I’m worried about next year’s Annual Club Fees. Are they going to change?

A: No increase in Annual Club Fees from 2021 to 2023.

In response to this challenging time, rest assured that your Annual Club Fee rates will not be increased in the coming 3 years.


Q: Most Club Resorts are closed. Does that mean I can’t visit them this year?

A: While many of our Club Resort properties are temporarily closed due to the latest global travel restrictions and local measures to tackle the spread of COVID-19, we are cautiously optimistic that they will re-open for new bookings from June 2020 onwards.

In addition, all Elite Club Points Owners may book their Club Resort stays with a 50% discount on Club Points required, when they book and complete their stay by 30 September 2020.


Q: I have a booking overseas. What are the entry requirements/restrictions for my destination regarding COVID-19?

A: Given the dynamics of the situation, Club Points Owners should refer to the local authorities of the country they wish to visit, for the latest updates and information.
