Anantara Vacation Club provides such links only as a convenience to you and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, investigation or verification by Anantara Vacation Club of the linked website or any information contained in it.
As a condition of your use of this Site, you warrant to Anantara Vacation Club and Minor Hotel Group that you will not use this Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Anantara Vacation Club and its affiliates reserve the right to cancel bookings based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price or service at any point in time.
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Anantara Vacation Club. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Anantara Vacation Club may also terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Anantara Vacation Club's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
By visiting the Site, you agree that the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Anantara Vacation Club or its affiliates.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, Anantara Vacation Club and its affiliates shall not be responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or nonperformance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.
The products and/or services described in and available through the site may not be available in your country. We make no representation that the services or products offered in the site are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. The site is operated from Thailand and it is governed by the laws of Thailand.
